Christmas House Tour Arizona Style

I have not been blogging much lately but I want to get started again in 2017.  But before I take all of this holiday finery down and take it back to storage I wanted to capture at least a few photos.

Welcome
Our front window from outside
Marty made this wagon for me many years ago and it still is a great resting place for whatever is seasonal.
Walking up to our front door
The staircase and the front window right when you enter the house.
A close up of the front window from the inside- I think it is like Dr, Seuss this year

but the very next day you gave it away"

I hope you had a great Christmas or whatever holiday you might choose to celebrate.  Best wishes for a healthy, happy 2017.

December is half over and are you ready?

Kitchen garland.  Merry Christmas

Bowling, Dec. 10, 2016

So sorry to have dropped out of the blogosphere... but I do plan to reenter but gently....Our house is decorated for Christmas and our kitchen is 95% finished.  I will blog about the kitchen reno on another day,,,,but I wanted to share a few photos of the house decorated and a few gems of the beautiful G kids.  Stay tuned for more later.
Glittery houses and trees above the entertainment center

This is the top half of our tree

A tiny glimpse of our new kitchen,

Only one tree this year.  But it is a big one.

Foyer

Mantle with more glittery houses.

One of our beautiful G girls, age 5.

Both g girls- oops eyes closed but ready to rock at one of the G boys Christmas programs.

The four G kids- they made sceptres- the things that kings and queens carry, they are hard to see against the tree but they used a lot of our kitchen utensils, duck tape, washi tape and load of ribbons- this went on for an hour or more.

A beautiful seven year old

All You Need is Love- The Beatles

"There's nothing you can do that can't be done.
Nothing you can sing that can't be sung.
Nothing you can say, but you can learn
How to play the game
It's easy.
Nothing you can make that can't be made.
No one you can save that can't be saved.
Nothing you can do, but you can learn
How to be you in time
It's easy."

Stay tuned for more house pictures sometime soon.
